Yes, the Ford Trimotor is capable of aerobatics at the hands of the right pilot anyway! Harold Johnson looped, spun, and snap-rolled Ford NC-9610, a 4-AT-B #53, in the 1930's. Johnson reportedly performed 17 consecutive loops during one demonstration.
